Fabri Armorum Ultra Flexible Sport Federschwert

This Federschwert, made by Fabri Armorum, is hand-made in the Czech Republic. The very flexible blade with its thickened, blunted tip and low overall weight is made especially for sport-fencing. The sword is one of Fabri Armorum’s ‘’Training’’ swords – thus the detailing of the leather is less refined then the standard ‘’show’’ models. The guard and pommel are also left with a rough, forged finish. The blade is made from carbon spring steel (type 14260.7). The blade is welded to the pommel for strength with a decorative rivet on top. The guard and pommel are of steel and the grip is wood with leather glued over top. The sword is guaranteed for two years by the manufacturer under normal stage/sport combat conditions.
